Home Construction Coordinator - Port Ludlow Associates is seeking a Home Construction Coordinator to join our team with a focus on sustainable and environmentally responsible building in our community. We design and construct homes that are efficient, durable, healthy to live in and energy efficient. This position will provide support to the Construction Manager by preparing schedules, PO's, invoicing, cost estimates and forecasting of job costs. They will also help determine resources for projects, assist with pricing, permitting and purchasing. Port Ludlow Associates is a leader in Real Estate Development and Hospitality. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent and Vocational or specialized training or equivalent. 2 - 3  years business experience with a construction background preferred. Must be computer proficient and have Microsoft Office/Excel experience. 

Controller (view full description) - The Controller is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Company’s financial plans and policies, and is directly responsible for its accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial reports. The Controller is also responsible to provide appropriate supervision of the Accounting team.
