Part time Real Estate Administrative Assistant

The Receptionist for John L. Scott Port Ludlow performs administrative and clerical support as directed by the Office Managing Broker that promotes the growth and profitable delivery of products and services to John L. Scott Port Ludlow customers in a manner that fosters the company’s core values, visions and management beliefs. This position is responsible for the maintaining current contracts and insuring repeat business through exceptional service and value. The position is also responsible for reviewing the contractual items of a real estate transaction, ensuring they have been completed, and present timely reports to the brokers, escrow and lenders that promotes the growth and profitable delivery of products and services to sales associates, their customers, and other stakeholders per the John L. Scott strategic and operational plans in a manner that fosters the company’s core values, visions and management beliefs.
