Group Transportation:

We can assist you in planning for transportation of your Group to The Resort At Port Ludlow. Port Ludlow is located at the gateway to the Olympic Peninsula, just 45 minutes from the Bainbridge Island/Seattle Ferry Terminal, 25 minutes from the Kingston/Edmonds Ferry Terminal, 90 minutes from Seattle/Tacoma International Airport, and just 20 minutes by Sea Plane from Seattle. Taxi and limousine services are available as well.




Olympic Room:

The Olympic Room is 656 square-feet and can accommodate up to 60 Guests for your Wedding. Large windows allow for soft natural lighting and beautiful views of Port Ludlow Marina, Ludlow Bay and the Olympic Mountains beyond. The Olympic Room features a large private Veranda overlooking the Lagoon. Includes complimentary Wireless Internet Access. The Foyer outside the Olympic Room can be included to provide more space for Dining or mingling.

Heron Room:

The Heron Room is an elegant 420 square-foot Conference Room that can accommodate up to 15 Guests. Large windows allow soft natural lighting and beautiful views of Port Ludlow Marina, Ludlow Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

Andrews Suite:

The Andrews Suite is a comfortable, 562 square-foot Living Room and Conference Room. The Andrews Suite features a cozy Fireplace and seating area.  Large windows allow for soft natural lighting. The Private Veranda provides views of Port Ludlow Marina, Ludlow Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Includes complimentary Wireless Internet Access.

Marina Room:
